SHORT RECITAL
The Employees Union represented by the
Assam Chah Mazdoor Sangha having demanded the introduction of payment of
Leave Travel Allowance for the Sub-Staff and Other Monthly Rated Category of
Employees, Associations and a settlement was arrived at the following terms
on the 18th December 1991
TERMS OF SETTLEMENT:
1. With effect form 01.1.92 permanent
Sub-Staff and Other Monthly Rated category of Employees will be entitled to
draw Leave Allowance on Leave earned during the year 1991 as per scale given
below.
Rs. (per Annum)
Married Employees Rs. 100/-
Single Employees
Rs. 50/-
2. This Allowance will normally be paid by
the Management to the eligible employees prior their proceeding on annual
leave.
3.
This Agreement will remain valid up to 31-12-1996.
4. If the wife/ husband of an eligible
employee under this Agreement is entitled to receive leave Travel Allowance
under not be other Agreement, than he/she shall not be entitled to draw
L.T.A. under get higher benefit under any other agreement.
5. If both
husband and wife are members of the Sub-Staff and O.M.R. Category of
Employees, only one of them shall be entitled to receive L.T.A. at the
marriaged rate.
6. During the
pendency of this agreement the employees and the Union will not raise any
dispute in respect of the issues covered on this agreement.
