It is agreed between the A.C.M.S. and the under noted Employers, Association that all pluckers will be paid 15 paise per worker per day as per Clause 1 (i) of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 23rd October, 1969, with immediate effect.

   The question of giving retrospective effect could not be agreed to by the Employers' Association.
