Agreement regarding plucking rates between the Assam Chah Mazdoor Sangha & the Bharatiya Cha Parishad, dated 6.7.70

AGREEMENT BETWEEN ASSAM CHAH MAZDOOR SANGHA DIBRUGARH AND BHARATIYA CHA PARISHAD (ASSAM BRANCH)

 JALAN NAGAR, DIBRUGARH, ASSAM.

 

    It is agreed between the Assam Chah Mazdoor Sangha , Dibrugarh and the Bharatiya Cha parishad (Assam Branch), Jalan nagar, Dibrugarh, that all pluckers will be paid 15 paise per worker per day as per Clause 1 (i) of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 23rd October, 1969, with immediate effect.

  The question of giving retrospective effect could not be agreed to by the Bharatiya Cha Parishad, (Assam Branch) Jalan nagar, Dibrugarh.
