MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

 

            In continuation of the Memorandum of Understanding executed between the Chairman AVBCCPA and Acting General Secretary ACMS at Dibrugarh on 10th June, 1992 on issue of LPG to Sub-Staff and Monthly Rated Employees in lieu of Firewood, the ACMS Union demanded implementation of the agreeement.

 

            It was agreed between the parties that due to the policy changes notified by the Government of India biock connections are no longer being made available to institution and Tea Estate, those members of Sub-Staff and OMRE are now required to apply and obtain individual connection in their individual capacity.

 

            Such members of Sub-Staff/OMRE:-

 

          1)  Will be reimbursed the cost of 9 cylinders at subsidized rate on producion of cash meno and

 

          2)  The value of the 10th Cylinder will be at domestic non-subsidized rate notified by the goverment from time to time on producing cash

                meno

 

            The Management responsibility would extend to reimbursement of value of cylinder only as mention above.

 

            Those Sub-Staff/OMRE employees enjoying the benefit of Firewood will not be entitled to LPG Reimbursement during the year.

Short Recital:

Referance industrywise agreement on productivity and incentive dated 09/04/2010.

Term of Settlement:

In view of the Memorandum of Understanding reached at the Industry level dated 09/04/2010 with ACMS (Central) and their respective Branches of Brahmaputra Valley the following understanding is being reached for determining average output for the year 2010 based upon average productivity for 2007, 2008 and 2009 in order to calculate average productivity for the year 2010 only. Terms and conditions of Agreement dated 09/04/2010 would apply to all Estates as under noted:
