MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

            A. C. M. S. request for of issue of L. P. G. to Sub – staff and other monthly rated employees in lieu of firewood was discussed between the ACMS and constituent association’s of   A. V. C. C. P. A. on 10/6/1992 at Dibrugarh. The Employers’ Associations agreed to provide L.P.G. Cylinders @ 10 (Ten) cylinders per year per family of Sub–staff. Other conditions and modalities regarding issue of L.P.G. will be discussed and finalised at the next round of the meeting between the parties.
