It is hereby agreed that pursuant to Item 4 of the government of Assam Notification No. PLA/ N-1/75/5 dated 20th August, 1975, the quality and size of apron (hereinafter described as raincoat) approved by representatives of A.C.M.S. and C.C.P.A.(A.V.B.) be accepted as the issued by Management and which is expected to last for two years form the date of issue.

Whenever the supplied raincoat as described above, is tron or otherwise damaged at work, through no fault of the worker, Management agrees to replace it with the same quality, free of charge immediately, irrespective of the frequency as provided above.
