| It is hereby agreed to issue
to workers one umbrella each of similar quality to the sealed sample, which
shall be replaced three yearly cycle. It is futher agreed that initial issue of umbrella shall be
made to all female workers in 1972 and male workers in 1973. It is also
agreed that if mutually acceptable a sum of Rs. 8/- (Eight) may be paid in
lieu.
