| It is agreed that the
following wage scales other Monthly Rated employees shall be introduced in
implementation of Clause B (ii) (c) of the agreement signed at
shillong on 1st, October 1970;-

75-2-115 2. Employees
shall be fitted into the new scales of pay form 1st April 1970. as follows:-
Add for each employee:
(i) Basic pay on 1st April 1970.
(ii) 50 % of Fixed Dearness Allowance of
20%
(iii) Ad hoc increase of Rs. 5/-
Each employee shall then be fitted at the
point [or the next higher point if not identical] in his appropriate new
basic scale.
