Agreement signed between the A.B.I.T.A., A.T.P.A., B.C.P.(AB), T.A.I. (AB)                                            & the A.C.M.S. Dt. 1-10-70

     It is agreed that the following wage scales other Monthly Rated employees shall be introduced in implementation of Clause B (ii)  (c) of the agreement signed at shillong on 1st, October 1970;-

           For Estates of 300 acres and above

2. Employees shall be fitted into the new scales of pay form 1st April 1970. as follows:-

Add for each employee:

(i) Basic pay on 1st April 1970.

(ii) 50 % of Fixed Dearness Allowance of 20%

(iii) Ad hoc increase of Rs. 5/-

Each employee shall then be fitted at the point [or the next higher point if not identical] in his appropriate new basic scale.
